This is my third Moto Guzzi (V11 Sport 2000, California EV 2004). Living in the Montreal area, Province of Quebec Canada, I did a 9000 kilometers (5900 miles) roadtrip from home to Arizona, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico in May of 2010. I was 61 years old (40 years of motorcycle experience) at the time and it was a “dream come true” for me to do this trip. I was alone to do it and my Moto Guzzi Norge has been a marvelous companion during this trip. Sometimes, I did more than 1100km in a day (700 miles). This motorcycle was very comfortable and I often did more than 450 kilometers (290 miles) on one gas tank. No trouble at all except one blown fuse because of strong vibrations while rolling on a bumpy sector of a road. It has been one of the best roadtrip that I have ever done on any kind of transportation. The Norge is a bike perfectly suited for this kind of trip. It is agile, very smooth, torquey, comfortable and it has an excellent cruising range. I still own this motorcycle and I use it regularly for small trips (about 400 miles max). If I buy another motorcycle, it will be a California Heritage.

Completely rebuilt labor of love 1970 Ambassador

Completely rebuilt labor of love 1970 Ambassador

Photo

Photo

Photo

Photo

Photo

Photo

Her name is Red Dog and I’m Trout. She’s pushin 40...

Her name is Red Dog and I’m Trout. She’s pushin 40 and I’m creepin up on 60. Together we go over 100! We sure aren’t pretty but we do like to ride anywhere, anytime, rain or shine. Bought my first Guzzi in the early 70’s and have never been satisfied with any other machine. happy Anniversery Moto Guzzi!

This my 1977 850 LeMans, when I brought it home it had been...

This my 1977 850 LeMans, when I brought it home it had been crashed and burned, I was ask by a friend if it was going to the dump. Looked all over the U.S. for a “used” machine, but found her just sitting on the floor needing a good home. Thank you once again to Dee Dee’s Motorcycles for answering my initial call and inquiry!! Great looking, sounding machine with plenty of sex appeal. Gotta love her long Italian legs too!

This my 1977 850 LeMans, when I brought it home it had been...

This my 1977 850 LeMans, when I brought it home it had been crashed and burned, I was ask by a friend if it was going to the dump.
